Florida attorney general Bill McCollum paid anti-gay activist and Baptist minister George Alan Rikers and his colleague $87,000 – derived from taxpayer money – to testify that gay people are mentally unstable and unfit to adopt children. Yet somehow a photo of Reker and a hustler named “Geo” at Miami International Airport surfaced in the Miami New Times.
